Ensure your products are mostly unused and were purchased within the last 45 days. Please have your order number or original store receipt ready for verification.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your online account to start a return request and print a pre-paid shipping label, or simply visit any of our standalone retail boutiques.

Pack and Ship

Carefully package your items in the original shipping box if possible. Attach the return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
